All support requests must be handled through our forum, which we have integrated with our client area in order to make things easier and faster for you. What this means is that you don't need to have multiple accounts for our client area and forum - they are both linked as one!
Now, before you can start posting on our forum, you need to create a forum profile, which we will now explain how.
1- First, register on FreeHosting.io if you haven't done so yet.
2- Complete your email's validation and login to our client area.
3- Once in your Profile page, you will see that there's still no forum username linked to your account, so click the "create one" link.
4- You will be redirected to a page where you can choose your forum username, which will be your display name on our forum (how other users will know you as). Please take into consideration that you can NOT choose the same username as the one you use to login to the main site.
5- You are all set! Now you can post support threads on our forum! To login again to the forum click the "Sign In" button located to the right in our forum or go to this address: https://forum.freehosting.io/entry/signin?Target=discussions and log in with the same details you use to login to our client area.
