All popular FTP clients have options for changing the permissions of files and folders. This option can be found in the menu after clicking with the right mouse button on files/folders.
If you need to CHMOD your files or folders:
1- Connect to an FTP client or open the File Manager.
2- Select a file.
3- On the menu, click "CHMOD".
4- Change file permissions to what you need.
